Following up from the last video and from a question from Gemma (one of our customers) who asks: "How do the panels operate on a curved bay shutter?"
I tend to say to people that the best looking shutters tend to, where possible, follow whatever main frame their are working with/sitting on.
For example on a 5 panel bay, like this one in the video, you get 5 individual shutter frames in line with the existing window frames.
In the video demo you can see how each individual shutter frame is opened and closed/operated and how each panel is hinged off its own framework.
Important point to note is that curved bay window shutters do not bifold as it is virtually impossible to do.
Another important point is that when I see a mid-rail on the existing windows, I match it with the design of the shutters
